I can't put my finger on what I'm reminded of, but some of these clues make me feel like a secret agent. Like, picking up secret messages taped to some obscure location that no one ever goes to and being lead to another secret dropoff via cryptic clues. I do want to play some spy games or watch some espionage movies now. And shoot a tranquilizer gun.
